What does it mean when a President uses a "Pocket Veto?"

A "Pocket Veto" is a presidential power to simply ignore a bill sent to him from congress. The President is not required to disclose his opinion or thoughts on bills sent to the Oval Office. It is The Presidents choice either to sign, send it back to congress for more negotiations , or use the "Pocket Veto," which stops a bill from becoming a law.
