To which chamber of Congress does each state send only two congressmen?

Each state sends two senators to the Senate. Because there are 50 states there are a total of 100 Senators in Congress. States with very small populations have the same number of senators that states were very large populations. The framers of the Constitution made sure that the Senate would be small.
