Who was the only president to serve in both World War I and World War II?

Dwight Eisenhower graduated from West Point Military Academy in 1915 and was already a commissioned officer by the time the United States join the fighting forces in Europe during World War I. Eisenhower held the rank of Brigadier General by the time the United States entered World War II in 1941.
