What do we call a change to the Constitution?

The Constitution can be amended by two methods. By the first method both the Senate and the House must pass a bill by 2/3 majority. The bill then goes from Congress to the individual states for ratification. The second method, which has never been used, requires a Constitutional Convention be called by at least two-thirds of the states.
