Which territories became part of the United States after Spanish-American War ended in 1898?

At the end of the Spanish-American War, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the Philippines all became territories of the United States. The Philippines became an autonomous commonwealth in 1935, and the U.S. granted independence in 1946.
